Create a user account to manage enquiries
For owners/administrators: manage listings and view enquiries through a private dashboard

Important: The Website does not constitute a booking engine or payment processor. Any rental agreement, payment, or cancellation policy is concluded separately between you and the property owner and may be subject to additional terms supplied at confirmation.

6. Intellectual Property

7. Feedback & Submitted Content

If you submit reviews, suggestions, or other content ("Feedback") you grant Maison Lusignac a world-wide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free licence to use, display, and modify that Feedback for any purpose. You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this licence and that your content is lawful.

The Services integrate third-party providers—e.g., MongoDB Atlas (database), Vercel (hosting), Resend (transactional email). We are not responsible for third-party sites, their availability, or their content.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties—express, implied, or statutory—including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the calendar data, pricing, or property descriptions are error-free or that enquiries will result in a confirmed booking.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maison Lusignac and its directors, employees, or agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising from or related to your use of the Services—even if advised of the possibility. Our aggregate liability to you for all claims will not exceed €100 or the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim—whichever is higher.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death, personal injury, or fraud where such exclusion would be unlawful.

These Terms are governed by French law. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Périgueux, France, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights under your local law. Consumers resident in the EU may also use the European Commission's ODR platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
