7. Feedback & Submitted Content
If you submit reviews, suggestions, or other content ("Feedback") you grant Maison Lusignac a world-wide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free licence to use, display, and modify that Feedback for any purpose. You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this licence and that your content is lawful.

The Services integrate third-party providers—e.g., MongoDB Atlas (database), Vercel (hosting), Resend (transactional email). We are not responsible for third-party sites, their availability, or their content.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties

You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Périgueux, France, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights under your local law. Consumers resident in the EU may also use the European Commission's ODR platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
